Description
Kefir is a fermented drink, loaded in probiotics, that can be made in two formats: milk or water. Water kefir is simply fermented sugar-water and milk kefir is fermented milk (typically cow, but other options like coconut are possible!). Kefir can be flavored into any combination to satisfy any preference.
The Masontops Kefir Cap is designed to replace DIY solutions that are prone to failure and aren't reusable. Our lid system can be used to activate kefir grains (a live culture that supports the fermentation process) and brew endless amounts of kefir in wide mouth Mason jars. The lid is easy to use and can be washed and reused for endless use.
