DESCRIPTION: Twin-Lever bottle capper for crown caps ø 26 mm, suitable for hermetically closing of glass bottles with a cylindrical neck of ø 26 mm. Made of sturdy nylon with galvanized steel tightening wings, two comfortable anti-slip levers and a galvanized-steel crimping cup, designed to ensure a smooth andcontinuous movement of the levers. A magnet ensures the precise and easy capping and an automatic ejector facilitates removing the bottle after the capping operation. Light and practical, ideal for amateur use! INSTRUCTION OF USE: Push the levers upward to have access to the crimping cup. Apply the crown cap on the magnet inside the crimping cup. Place the capper with crown cap on the bottle-mouth (be sure to operate on a solid surface). Push both levers down together until the complete closure of the cap. Bring the levers back upward without lifting the bottle from the surface. WARNINGS: When using the capper please use protective equipment for eyes, hands and forearms. An incorrect use of the capper or non-adequate crowncaps, can cause the breaking of the bottle and injuries to the person. Considering the wide range of bottles and crown caps available on the market, some particular combinations could cause an excessive pressure, with damages, on the bottle (especially for single-use ones). If during the capping you notice that you have to apply too much strength, be very careful and use all possible precautions to avoid breaking the bottle. The Beer Cork is a high-quality closure made of natural cork, specifically designed to fit Belgian-style beer bottles and to preserve beer flavor and carbonation. This 'micro-agglomerated' cork is composed of small, uniformly-sized cork granules. Before the granules are molded into their final shape, they are cleaned with supercritical CO2 to remove harmful chemicals that can affect flavor. Because the corks are designed for a tight fit, a Champagne corker is required to insert the beer corks. After insertion, the straight cork will take on the classic 'mushroom' appearance. This cork grain homogeneity is also an assurance against every problem due to gas or wine leakage. The two cork discs, glued on the bottom, are made with high density cork planks, controlled and checked already in the cork oak stand: this allows to reject all the raw cork barks that, owing to vegetative anomalies of the cork oak tree, can compromise the resistance to the mechanical stress of the corking machine; consequently, to avoid the problems due to the cork discs ungluing.
