Perfect to use with the HIZO G14 Pizza Oven or your backyard gas grill. The double-sided griddle and flat skillet plate is the heavy-duty heat-retention cooking utensil you need in your arsenal. Weighing in at a whopping 9 lbs, this thick cast iron plate can really hold the heat! The HIZO double-sided skillet has a flat, smooth griddle side, and raised grill grooves for the other side. Both sides have a raised lip to handle some juices and oil to fry in. It can be moved around easily by the two removable handles in three location points on the plate.
Directions for First Use:
- Conveniently pre-seasoned—simply wipe with a wet cloth and pat dry
- For super sizzling restaurant-style hot plate, preheat on high for at least 20 minutes
