A blend of Natural, plant-based extracts to deliver exceptional flavor and aroma. Kerry TasteSense™ Sweet Flavoring is a low-calorie, flavor-enhancer and does not cause re-fermentation.
Recommended use rate is 0.02% – 0.10% w/w in a finished food or beverage product with a maximum use rate of 0.10% w/w in the United States. For hard seltzer applications, it is recommend a usage rate somewhere between 0.04%-0.06. When doing product development, the dosage was typically using it at 0.05%. This will provide sweet modulation very similar to the other hard seltzers on the market.
Suggested dosage rate: Dose to taste, starting at 0.25% by volume.
