Briess Caramel 10L Malt - 50 pound bag
Briess 2-Row Caramel 10L is a very light crystal malt made with 2-row barley. It imparts a golden color, candy-like sweetness, and mild caramel flavor. Crystal malts also add body and improve head retention. Usage is progressive, starting light to balance pilsners and reaching the maxiumum 15% to impart color and sweetness to darker ales, stouts, and porters. Crystal malts are gently cooked during the malting process. Cooking initiates the enzymatic conversion of starches into fermentable sugars, and caramelizes some of the sugars as the malt reaches its final color. This eliminates the need to mash crystal malt, and ensures that some of the sugars will survive fermentation to sweeten the beer. Briess caramel malts are roaster produced to create glassy, crystallized sugars with rich flavor and color. Suggested Usage Levels: 3-7% For balance in Pilsners 5-10% California Common Beer, Doppelbocks and Dark Lagers 5-15% Vienna, Marzen, Oktoberfest, Certain styles of Brown Ales, Scotch Ales, Stouts, and Porters. 10-15% Bitter Ales, Pale Ales, Mild Ales, Strong Ales and Belgian Ales Specifications: Color °L : 10 Moisture % Max : 7 Extract FG Dry : 77 Usage Rate : Up to 15% 50 pound bags of grain are excluded from flat rate / free shipping offers. March Pump - High Temp Stainless Steel Housing
A Stainless Steel pump housing is food-grade and nearly indestructible. Stainless steel is the material of choice for professional breweries because it is a durable, food-grade metal that can withstand caustic chemicals and can also be effectively sanitized. This housing has a 3/4" mpt for the center inlet and a 1/2" mpt outlet. The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back-pressure on the pump to slow down flow. With a ball valve on the outflow, you can slow flow all the way to nothing. Since it is a magnetic drive, it is not self priming, you must put the pump under the level of the liquid source. This pump has an installed bracket to allow mounting. This is a tough little pump with a 1/25 hp, continuous-duty 1.4 Amp motor which can be run non-stop for extended periods. This pump has a maximum flow of 7.2 GPM with a maximum head of 12 feet. For an example of typical usage: with a head of 6' it will pump 3.25 GPM and with an 8' head it will pump 2.5 GPM.Motor requires 115v 50/60HZ power requirements. 3/4" mpt center inlet 1/2" mpt outlet 7.2 gpm maximum flow 12 foot maximum head 115V 50/60HZ power requirement. 6 foot power cord 250 Fahrenheit or 121 Celsius max liquid temperature

The GrainFather G70 - 220V
Just like the Grainfather G30, the G70 is your true brewing companion when it comes to making beer from grain. Thanks to the 70L capacity, homebrewers can now produce more beer to share or commercial breweries now have a unit that's small enough for pilot testing. It also has a smart controller with built-in wireless connectivity and mobile app integration for step-by-step remote-controlled brewing. The G70 gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Limited supply in-store available for pickup. Due to the weight and dimensions of the Grainfather G70, this item is shipped palletized freight from the vendor to prevent damage from occurring in transit. Please allow additional time for processing. Product Description 70L of innovation, consistency and power have helped to create one of our most compelling systems to date. The inherent strength and safety capabilities of the G70 are matched by its bold, contemporary look and new smart brewing technologies. From the creators of the original award-winning all-grain brewing system, the Grainfather G70 represents the next level in brewing equipment. We’ve stepped up our game to bring you a smarter brewing system with a larger 70L capacity, improved design, wireless control, app integration and the same Grainfather signature quality guarantee. Whether you're a homebrewer looking to raise the stakes or a commercial brewery looking to bring authenticity back to your pilot batches, the G70 is your true brewing companion. It gives you everything you need in one compact package that can be used virtually anywhere. Features: Two-stage false bottom. The conical base allows a false bottom with an inner collar to sit in the recess of the base. Early testers used 600gs of hops and saw full flow through the pump. This is very effective. Bespoke 3.2 kWh concealed conical heating element. Makethe most of the power available. The element covers around 80% of the base and is mounted using a thermal paste rather than braised. This moves the heat efficiently upwards, minimizing the loss of heat to areas where it’snot needed. As it’s spread in a wide area, hot spots and scorching are very unlikely. Also, most solids settle on the false bottom, so they won’t touch the elements. As it’s concealed, it makes cleaning easy too. Integrated sight glass for easy volume readings during sparging. Instead of trying to judge the level of your preboil, you can easily sparge until you reach preboil volume. It’s also easy to clean after every brew. The sight glass cap can be replaced with the sight glass cleaning barb to easily recirculate a cleaning solution. Bottom drain below the false bottom means minimal dead space. High temperature, high flow rate, food-grade pump. With an 8L per minute flow rate, you can transfer your brew efficiently and safely. Heavy duty handles on the outside of the G70 unit. Convenient side entry recirculation. Rather than up and over, the G70 has a built in port on the side of the unit. If the pump is accidentally switched on, the wort will be safely directed back into the boiler. New rolled edge, mash plates and hop filter for increased strength and easy set up. There’s no more silicone seals, as the plates now have a smooth finish, making them more robust, hard-wearing and easy to install. Compared to the G30, the G70 is wider but not that much taller. Comparatively, the draining is still quick from the basket and there’s less likelihood of stuck sparges as the draining surface area is bigger. Safety aspects including locked in support ring, heavy duty, no slip brackets on the grain basket and protection from knocking the ball valve open. Automatic heat sensors and safety cut-out for dry boil protection. Color LCD controller screen with magnetic mounting for easy viewing from all angles and manual control. Glass lid with handle. Ball valve for sampling/draining. This runs in line with the pump so it’s particularly helpful when draining the cleaning water. The water runs out quickly, emptying the unit in no time. Huge Wort Chiller included. Despite the volume being more than double, cooling times remain around the same as the G30 thanks to a more powerful pump, efficient false bottom and bigger wort chiller to match the wider unit. The large size means it needs to be positioned away from the G70, however this is made easy with longer silicone tubing attached as standard. Lifting bar included with winch lifting hook. Use the bar for a two person lift or with a stable winch system for individual brewers to lift the grain basket. Large dual-stage hop filter provides a large surface area to allow for a hopping rate of up to 1.5kg, which also reduces pump load and blockages. Robust stainless steel body and excellent build quality. SupportThe Grainfather is fully supported around the world by a fantastic support team who love brewing just as much as you do. Our support team is here for any technical enquiries on brewing or how the Grainfather works, as well as general customer service enquiries. All Grainfathers come with a 3 year warranty. MaltZilla Motorized Grain Mill with Premium Diamond Rollers
The long awaited MaltZilla is finally here. A large amount of research and development has gone into designing, manufacturing and testing the MaltZilla Diamond Mill. With an integrated 24V Motor, the MaltZilla is powerful enough to chew through popping corn kernels with ease. The mill works on voltages from 12-30V DC, and the higher the voltage the faster the mill will spin, although 24V is recommended for optimum speed and grist results. The unit does not come with a power supply. When purchasing the unit, you have the option of pairing it with either a power supply with 110V plug, or with a 6 ft. long cord with Anderson plug and alligator clips. The power supply is straight forward, and allows you to plug the unit into a standard 110V power socket. The alligator clips give you the option to power the unit from a battery. Knurled Steel vs. Diamond Coated Rollers Historically other mill manufacturers have made grain mills from steel. In some better quality mills they harden the steel so that the knurling stays sharp for longer and continues to draw grain. But even the knurling on hardened steel will go blunt and this reduces the mills ability to draw grain well. Other manufacturers attempt to solve this problem by using geared rollers so the rollers grab the grain slightly better or using 3 rollers whereby the first two rollers with a larger gap force the grain into the third roller. These options in our opinion do not solve the real issue, which is that all of these steel rollers go blunt especially if hard grains are used like wheat or corn. In a commercial setting, it’s not uncommon to send the rollers off to a metalworking factory to re-sharpen and re-knurl, however, this is often uneconomical and a hassle to do. For smaller homebrew customers they might just end up throwing the mill away and purchasing a new one. The MaltZilla Diamond Mill is quite a different mill design, and it’s the first in the world to use diamonds impregnated into the surface of the roller. Even after many tons of grain are processed through the mill, the diamond surface will stay just as sharp as it was on day one. The sharpness of the diamonds really draws grain exceptionally well and even when hard products are used, such as corn, the diamond rollers simply smash it to pieces. Sheer Instead of Chop Most mills require aggressive knurling to push into the grain and “chop” the grain as it passes through a tight gap, which means your grains are often chopped in half. The MaltZilla works on a different principle and gap setting is not as critical. The MaltZilla uses impregnated diamonds to grip the surface of the kernel and the friction of pulling the grain through the gap causes a sheering action. When set up correctly, the sheering action can leave the entire husk intact, reducing the chance of stuck sparge and improve efficiency, while still opening the husk enough that the entire contents of the kernel is available to the mashing process. The 70mm diameter rollers are double the diameter of many other mills. The large diameter significantly improves the crush and assist in drawing the grain in better. Integrated Motor You generally would not purchase a car without an engine, so why would you purchase a grain mill without a motor? Milling grain has an optimum RPM— too slow and it will take you a long time, too fast and you will end up with excessive powder. The hand crank is really a pain in the backside and using a drill simply doesn’t give you the speed control that you require and often results in burning out your drill. The MaltZilla has an integrated motor with a very constant RPM putting out optimum RPM with an integrated gearbox. The high torque and sealed construction make it ideal for a brewing environment, as the motor is well sealed from moisture and grain dust. The motor is seamlessly integrated into the side body of the mill. Being DC, the motor is safer than higher voltage AC especially in an environment where washing down the area with a hose is likely to happen. The DC motor is also reversible so the direction of spin can be changed based on the polarity. This is particularly useful for over-mount and under-mount installation. Over-Mount and Under-Mount Installation Traditionally, most other mills just sit on a board where they are moved from one bucket to another. The MaltZilla has multiple different mounting configurations. It can be over-mounted to a board like most mills are, but if you want a seamless finish to your garage/brewing area, you can mount the mill under your counter where it’s concealed and out of the way. Simply lift up a small opening in the top of your benchtop, drop in your hopper, pour in grain and run the mill. When you are done, remove the hopper and conceal the opening. There is also a PPE MaltZilla Base Board available for over the bucket installation or designing your own mill stand. Grain Hopper This unit does not come with a grain hopper. We recommend using a large funnel with a shortened spout, or a repurposed gallon-sized water bottle. The MaltZilla Aluminum Hopper is currently in development and available for pre-order. Specifications: Power: 12-30V DC Anderson Connector Plug Grain Inlet ID: 2-3/16" Grain Inlet OD: 2-3/8" Weight: 11 lbs

Cannular Pro Semi-Auto Bench Top Can Seamer
The Cannular Pro is a semi-automatic can seamer that is easy to use, reliable, and beautifully simple. Whether you're a brewery looking to offer canned beer to go or a homebrewer wanting to keep your creations fresh and fully protected from light, the Cannular is the answer. This bench top unit is one of the most compact and easy to use can seamers you'll find. The Cannular only requires one person to operate, and each can takes roughly 3 seconds to seam. With a two-person team, one filling and one seaming, the Cannular becomes a suitable option for nano breweries doing small canning production runs. Cannular Pro vs. Manual UnitThis new Semi-Auto Pro model will guarantee you get a consistent seaming process every time. Unlike the less expensive manual can seamer, this machine has no lever for the seaming operation, meaning it's even easier for the operator to seam the can consistently and will not vary on how hard the operator is pulling the lever. Another major difference is that the Cannular Pro's table spacer is specially designed to work with all standard 202 cans, including the industry favorite 16 oz (473ml) and 12 oz (355 ml) cans, as well as our 500ml (16.9 oz) and 330ml (11.2 oz) Can Fresh Aluminum Cans. Unlike the manual model that requires a secondary table spacer for use with 330ml cans, the Pro model features an adjustable platform, allowing you to raise or lower the table spacer depending on what size can you're seaming. It is necessary to adjust the table height to ensure you have the appropriate amount of pressure applied when the can lift is raised. The Cannular Pro can be adapted for use with 32 oz Crowlers (Ball 300 can/end). To seam Ball 300 end/lid type oversized aluminium cans you will need to purchase the required Chuck for 1L (32 oz) Crowlers separately (coming soon). The Cannular Pro can also be adapted for use with Tin Plated Steel Cans for food packaging applications. The table spacer is designed to accept these 100mm cans, but you will need the purchase the required 100mm Chuck separately. Operation: The beauty of the Cannular lies in how truly simple it is to operate, and the semi-automatic pro model makes canning beer even easier. With only three points of operation, it only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the machine. The seaming process is as follows: Place lid atop the can and place the can on the table spacer Turn the platform lever clockwise to raise the can to the seamer Press the seaming operation button then wait for the can to stop spinning Turn the platform lever counterclockwise to lower the can That's all there is to it! Construction:The Cannular was designed to be compact, durable, and safe to operate in a wet environment. The platform assembly is made from 304 grade stainless steel, so no matter how messy your canning gets, there's no need to worry about rusting or degradation. The body of the unit is made from hammered sheet metal and fastened together with stainless steel screws. Rubber feet help keep the unit from slipping and sliding while in use. In addition, the Cannular features built-in brackets near the feet so you have the option to mount the machine to your counter or benchtop. The Cannular runs off of 24V DC power via the Anderson socket located on the back. This lower voltage was chosen specifically to make the unit as safe to use in a wet environment as possible. Power: As noted above, the Cannular comes with a 24V DC Anderson socket located on the back of the unit. It does not, however, include a cord and plug. This unit uses the more powerful Pro Model Power Supply, which provides enough power to seam tin plated steel cans as well as aluminum cans. Why Cans?So why can when you can bottle? There's no doubt that canning has become a more and more popular format for packaging beer among craft breweries over the last several years, and with good reason. Aluminum cans aren't just more environmentally friendly than bottles, since cans require less energy to transport and recycle, they're also much better at protecting the quality of the beer. Whereas bottles allow in light, which leads to skunking, aluminum cans offer 100% protection from UV and other wavelengths of light that are harmful to beer. There's still great debate surrounding whether cans or bottles are better at keeping beer fresh, but if done correctly, cans are theoretically the superior option. When a crown cap is crimped onto a bottle, the lining of the cap can form an imperfect seal on the bottle, allowing small amounts of oxygen in, as well as small amounts of CO2 out. Over time this can result in oxidation of the beer and lost carbonation. Seamed cans, on the other hand, form a much better seal that can prevent these issues. Of course, it's important to make sure that the can is purged of oxygen before being filled, and that the can lid is sealed atop foam to eliminate oxygen from the headspace. Aside from all the "sciency stuff", cans are just plain safer. Take your beer backpacking, camping, or poolside and rest assured that broken glass won't ruin your day! Specifications: Power: 250W 24V DC Rated Speed: 3300 RPM Gearbox Ratio: 9.8 : 1 Dimensions: 16" L x 9.5" W x 21" H Weight: 40 lbs Splash guard not included Please note the pictured splash guard is not included with the seamer. Please note: When you receive your cannular the rollers have been set and tested at the factory. They should not need adjustment for 100,000 cans. The table, however, comes unadjusted and getting it set up correctly is very important to getting a proper seal. Cannular's test show that a .4mm (.015") actual overlap is all that is needed to seal to 90 PSI. The proper table tension takes a little practice and expect to waste a few cans getting it dialed in. Once you learn the proper tension re-adjusting it is very quick and easy. You want the tension to be tight but not so tight as to dent the can. Use cans at your fill height with water for proper tension adjustment. For more information on can seaming, check out this site here.

The Still Spirits Turbo 500 reflux condenser works on the principles of ceiling temperatures, where it prevents chemical substance above a certain boiling point being processed. Unlike other reflux condensers on the market, the Turbo 500 works with a focus on the water flow and controlling the temperature of the water flow out. Assuming that the temperature of the water flow is stable, it is able to create a ceiling threshold temperature based on the water flow out.
