Hallertau Blanc (DE) Pellet Hops
A German aroma hop with an alpha acid percentage ranging from 9-11%. A daughter of Cascade, Hallertau Blanc was bred specifically to answer the needs of American craft beer styles. Breeding/Development: Germany. The signature landrace variety of the Hallertau region in Bavaria, Hallertau Mittelfrüh is, at least to some, the epitome of noble hops. Brewing Application: Aroma. Hersbrucker (DE) Pellet Hops
A German aroma hop with a low alpha acid percentage (1.5-4%). Hersbrucker is traditional in the lightly-hopped lagers and ales of southern Germany and does excellent work in Munich-style pale and dark lager, Weissbier, Oktoberfest, and Bock. Its mellow spiciness is also at home in many Belgian ale or more hop-forward lagers like Pils. Huell Melon Pellet Hops

Motueka Pellet Hops
