The Bhut Jolokia pepper is also known as a Ghost Chili or Ghost Pepper. These pack some heat with a scoville rating upto 1,041,427 units.
We use two whole chilies for a 5 gallon batch of our Ghost Chili Pale Ale and find it to be a good balance of heat.
